High cost of living in coastal markets is causing an influx of millennials to cities in the central US. 

I just posted an informational blog to members area, catered to millennial's.  

Well from an economic standpoint, there's a surplus of millennials moving out of Dad & Mom's house, there are immigrants (illegal and legal) entering the country in droves, home prices are on the rise, there is a low supply of housing, and apartment firms are building or renovating a great product with desirable amenities.

For example, boomers will likely want to live near health care facilities while millennials might want to live near transit.  

Otherwise, at the sub 200 price point, you are usually competing with our many millennial or empty nest buyers coming to the Boise area right now. 

The pandemic also coincided with a large portion of the population, millennials, coming into prime home-buying years.

Much of my research has led me to this site, so I figured I would stop lurking in the background and join the conversations.I'm a Millennial Auto Finance Professional living and working west of STL.

Millennials might not have an issue, but older clients may balk at working with someone their child or grandchild's age.

In my own experiences many my peers in my massive generation of millennials are unhappy with 1% and the wealthy.
