If the company decides it has liability to you as the insured but not to the grantee/Plaintiff the company may pay for an attorney to defend you against the lawsuit you brought against yourself.

If not, the grantee might have to bring an action against the grantor and the underwriter might retain counsel to defend it's Insured giving rise to the Insured sues himself wearing a different hat.
