Happy to help with a little more detail.Ideally the property would be fully turnkey, but if its a good deal and the property needs a little work meaning a visual touch up like painting, decorating, or basic woodwork like some shelves; I have somebody to help me with that.

I have a property manager that handles payments/tenant screening so I don't need anything too fancy yet, but I liked the dashboard visuals to see where things were at, and to be able to have all of my transactions and my PMs in one place for tax time.

There are also online tools like https://www.frutainvest.com/msa that can help visualize neighborhood demographics info to help with broader area selections.For things like interior condition of specific property, AI is coming up short a little bit at the moment.
