What are the best turnkey cities to invest in for Texas?

Matthew Alonso
Posted

I am looking to invest in my first turnkey property. I have a competitive advantage in Texas, so I would like to invest in that state. I’m not concerned with making the most money out of my first investment, but rather getting it done and finding a good area to start building my portfolio. I also don’t mind having to do cosmetic renovations, but nothing major. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

@Matthew Alonso welcome to the forums and congrats on your first post! I've had a great experience in DFW personally but have also had clients enjoy the returns from Houston and San Antonio.

Are you wanting to invest passively or are you looking to do some renovations yourself?
