It probably takes unlicensed or underwualified workers if they are getting pricing less than half of what the "normal" is.

they NEVER call them selves wholesalers  .. wholesalers are un licensed middle men with varying degrees of knowledge from no knowledge what so ever to large vertically integrated companies with large marketing dollars buyers agents etc. 

I think I went from unlicensed to a licensed broker in a little over a year.

I have a local buyer that goes directly to the owner when an unlicensed broker pitches a home to him. 

The Agency is well aware that unlicensed “wholesalers” are rampant in our jurisdiction.

If you are unlicensed I would pretty much dare someone to take out a TV ad a property they don't own.

If there are any missing breakers with an open spot that you can see into the box itself, I'd be concerned someone sloppy has been in there and probably unlicensed and I'm worried what else they've been messing with if they're willing to open up the panel. 

My state doesn't allow an unlicensed individual to be compensated.

You can sue, but if the contractor is unlicensed he may disappear or go BK.
