Just starting out wholesale
So I met with an attorney yesterday to get my contracts looked over. I'm in Atlanta, GA, the subject of cash buyers was discussed and he told me that there were limited cash buyers in the market. And if someone did have the cash to buy a house, they wouldn't be looking for a middle man. They would be looking for a real estate agent. What do you guys think about this?
