Constructive eviction is creating conditions that make it unbearable for you to live there so you eventually leave without them actually evicting you.If he signs another lease, then he has violated the 60 day notice and you have a cause of action in the court system.Unless there is more to this story that you're keeping from us, your landlord should know better.
