I created an OM and Costar listing which got 4 replies in a matter of a few hours but after looking at similar properties and their OM's I noticed most, if not all, were being offered through larger brokerage services and I removed my listing.

hi all,i just put in a new security camera system in one of my apartment buildings, the guy that installed it showed me how to get the app om my phone.BUT when i want to change settings, like turning on motion sensors etc. i always need to contact him  in order for him to change it.also, when i want to log in through the computer he said he will need to send me a link etc. because it has a username and password that only he has..MY question to you is, why wouldn't he give me the username and password to my own system. is that a common thing that the companies do??

I recently became interested in acquiring apartment projects and have found the information presented in  Seller OMs to be misleading.

When you go to post, click om "Image" to load a picture.Avoid re-framing windows if possible.

If not, is there an OM?

Also looking at the OM the property also has high expenses paid to the current management company that is not doing a good job.Owen
