I am at a stand still and confused on what I should do.

My biggest question is I feel that I am at a standstill in this investment process because no lender is willing to help because I am currently in the FHA loan.

You can find an attorney to open and serve the eviction but you are then at a standstill, unable to collect rent until the courts finally can open again.

I plan to start the legal process for eviction, but I've heard that Baltimore's court system has basically come to a standstill in the midst of the pandemic.

But now I find myself at a stand still for my plan in real estate.

I've been looking for deals and trying to scope things out but I'm getting to a stand still.

I pretty much understand the financing options but I'm still shell shocked on which one to pull the trigger on..I'm anticipating on doing my first deal but I'm at a stand still point on deciding which option to use @aaronhowell  

We are sort of at a stand-still because of this, so I would really appreciate any advice or insight you all may have.
