What is YOUR process for rehabbing/remodeling a house

As long as your business comes to a standstill if you're not there to hang sheetrock, replace a toilet, sending marketing, talk to sellers, etc., you are just an employee, not a business owner.Now, that said, removing yourself from a rehabbing business is VERY hard (I haven't been able to completely do it yet).

Sure there are peak times when you may be waiting some but you're rarely in standstill traffic, and it is not the worst spot in Savannah.
