Knoxville specifically has some rules regarding STR in the city limits, county is a different set of rules (little more lax).

Hi All,I had a question about the BRRRR strategy, specifically the refinancing part. 

If the goal is to become a full-time flipper/contractor, then doing tighter jobs can help build momentum for a business, that will pay dividends well beyond just the specific house, itself.  

-After the second eviction, I specifically asked FPM to focus on tenants with better credit scores, even if it took longer to find someone.

I would also add that you join your local REIA chapter (Real Estate Investor Association) as it will allow you to network with other STR owners and get more location-specific information.
