Are you going to be plowing and shoveling her snow too or taking out her trash or pumping her gas for her ?

The next best thing is if it is burrowed in deep in the hole :Throw a smoke bomb or highway flare down in the hole by hand and then plug off the hole opening with a burlap sack or old blanket .

I don't know how many times someone sends me a deal saying it's shovel ready and I find missing info. 

Hello BP Community,In advance of the first snow fall we are looking for a landscaper or snow removal company to contract with to shovel/salt our multi unit properties in Chicago this 2017-2018 winter season. 

We dont plow but leave snow shovels.

I have had to repeatedly ask her to keep up the lawn and shoveling, which she ended up paying for a $300 ticket for not shoveling.  

The "tan" looking tub looks like its got more of a curve to it....the vinyl quarter round is pretty flexible and should still work.The very bottom of the tubs....is at a full 90 degree to the floor or is there a slight lip/flare to it?

Technically I am getting this property at a price that allows me to split the lots and be shovel ready at approx. $35,000/lot.

They keep you busy at the refinery with all those "unplanned flaring events"...I've lived in Hermosa/Redondo/Torrance the past twenty years and finding something affordable is pretty difficult in our area.
