By giving them both sides of the commission I feel that I am rewarding the agent for their hard work.Is selfish. 

They may never rank (I HOPE) because I am a selfish greedy prick douchebag evil runt that won't share nor allow anyone but me to be on the first page of Google ^_^I think you see it a it wrong.If I understand it you will do a valiant effort to rank significantly, and then do a MASSIVE effort to rank even better.Don't have this type of mentality.
