Any sealant recommendations after the above treatment solutions you  would recommend?  

@Kevin HuangCracks:They need to be sealed back up with a closed cell backer rod and then sealant over the top. 

I ended up repairing it myself but I was on the way to get a new faucet aerator (since I broke the cheap plastic aerator trying to clean the pipe thread sealant accumulated from the pipe repair) when I was T-boned by a guy with no insurance. 

They have tried to seal the outside of the concrete, which also hasn't helped.The latest tech that went out (see video) recommends a rubber sealant along the outside.  

Get crack patch/sealant at HD/Lowes if it is bothering you or needs repair.

, concrete, floor joists, sheetrock, tape, mud, paint, romex, finish floor and interior trim...I use $7 tube sealant when I paint, and exterior paint @$38.

We paint the siding immediately following closing and document the fact that we did along with the sealant used.

Home depot has a sealant called ECOBOND to seal the lead paint.

To keep the moisture in, you can spray concrete sealant on it.

@Leo Ray The contractors removed the existing drywall, installed sound proof insulation, then installed two layers of 5/8 drywall w/ a layer a some kind of sealant between the two sheets.
