I've made lots of money and lost a lot, it's a roller coaster ride.

Here I was cringing everytime it rained, but thinking I was gonna skate through unscathed....NOPELast night I got the phone call from my property manager...YEAH...UM...YOU NEED A ROOF...I knew it was marginal, and  I was hoping it would make it, but NAH.It's getting fixed today or tomorrow...Hopefully all the tenant rights advocates will praise me for my quick action!

A few things with Allure that I noticed is that the seams must be clean and dust free, to the point I make sure we put the wax paper the boxes come with over the seams unless another piece is immediately installed, and you have to use a weighted roller or equivalent over the seams to really make sure it sticks hard.

I would venture to guess there aren't a lot of BP family here that doesn't like to ride roller coasters.

Sounds like you might have had a lot of divine guidance, but don't want to go all Holy Roller on you.
