They have a ready made resource called "Commercial Agent" who does, literally, EVERYTHING a wholesaler says they can do BUT they are (a) licensed, (b) insured, (c)get's MORE for the seller, and (d) does all this for LESS. 

BiggerPockets is a great place to find featured agents experienced with long-term rental investments—they can guide you to cash-flowing properties and connect you with resources like contractors and property managers.
