Hi all,Curious about this, I saw a course geared toward physicians about ways to shelter taxes.

I recently purchased our first house hack with a physician loan in Chicago. 

I’m a physician, work 7 ten hour days a week.

I will be graduating in 2 years as a physician and will have plenty of income to put towards investing but not enough time to be able to research, find, flip, or manage properties/rentals.

Hello all, I am a Family Medicine Physician who was introduced to Real Estate and Bigger Pockets through ChooseFI and CampFI.

Just recently finished residency and am now a practicing physician. 

It may be good to add provisions to your lease (perhaps you could require a medical condition be certified by a physician) so that all tenants are treated equally and you protect yourself from lawsuits.  

This is my first potential deal but fortunately, I am in a unique position to potentially qualify for a physician's mortgage since I'm in the healthcare field.
