Think what you like Jason but renters are often renting not because they don't make good money they just spend it on the wrong things and they never break the cycle (no pun intended).

@William Hochstedler Bill Gulley this whole ( no pun intended) wholesaling bird dogging flipping contracts by unlicensed individuals in my mind is the type of activity like you suggest.

As long as the seller gets the agreed-upon amount at closing and the closing is quick I'm sure they won't give a flip (pardon the pun) where the money comes from.
