Working on an owner finance deal and I'm curious what technology you use to keep track of payments and amortization schedules.  

I only spoke with one person so far and they scheduled for more information gathering/ rental investment calls from them this upcoming week.

Common problem, no easy answer:(We try to allow our owner clients to arrange their own maintenance, but have learned the hard way there MUST be limitations:1) They can't hire our people!

They're long distance typically so viewing the space in person isn't usually a priority, and this saves you time from having to drive over and schedule facetime tours :)

Luckily I have a good relationship with another concrete guy and he squeezed me into his schedule the following week.

Just make sure to fully understand the loan terms, especially the interest rate and repayment schedule, so there are no surprises.2.Condition of the Property: If the property isn’t in really rough shape and you were able to get insurance on it using a 4-point inspection and wind mitigation, you might even qualify for traditional funding options like FHA, Conventinal, VA, a cash-out refinance or a home equity line of credit (HELOC).

Usually schedules about 14 days or so out.
