Anyway, I don't mind the postcards and letters, but I am getting several of these "calls" per day now so I'm getting a little irritated. 

Plus here the schools closed the last three days of this week  because of the rain and 3 days last week from flu/too many people out sick, so not much is getting done anywhere.Also, they will be working Saturday too, which they generally do not. 

So in conclusion of this long stressful and Irritating situation that I have nobody to blame but myself, I  learned to ALWAYSget everything in writing before ever commencing any work or spending any money!

Sure it is difficult sometimes, and there have been many days when I get irritated dealing with stupid crap from tenants, but at the end of the day it is all worth it.I never got in to wholesaling, the idea interested me but requires a whole lot of networking.

Money is more liquid than probably any other time in US history and rates are going to fall further to head off a possible recession due to the "flu". 

I negative cash-flowed that thing the entire time and it irritated me every month.

I asked them to move a different electrical outlet that we never discussed).What irritates me is his dishonesty; for example, charging me $1k in materials, but I priced out all of the materials myself and it barely exceeds $300.I'm fine going to court and representing myself - I'm trying to figure out that if it came to that point, if I'd have a winning case or not.

It is very similar to the regular flu so the cure is to hydrate, manage your symptoms, keep your fevers low, eat well, sleep well and let our amazing bodies take care of it.The hysteria is interesting but I am no longer shocked by it as I have witnessed a few snow storms since moving here and the reaction is very similar.
