Very few cities keep a heritage, New York, New Orleans, San Francisco, San Antonio, Boston, Philly, St.

I'm going to be there over Christmas and I plan to drive around to map out the areas that are definitely not places I want to be.Honestly, if I could find 6-7% cap rate in the Heritage Hills area, I would do that over a 10% somewhere else.

I feel like South Pas is a place where immigrant groups who value education and their heritage, but don't want to be surrounded by their heritage are super focused on. 

Used to be College Heights, Heritage, Seymour (between 15th, Massey and the bypass (hwy) were good. 

Does anyone have any experience working with the Heritage Home Loan program offered through the Cleveland Restoration Society? 

Retaining a heritage doesn't necessarily align with investing and it is a road full of emotional and financial pitfalls so think seriously about what you are trying to achieve.
