If you come across one who can and will perform as thus you have found the proverbial needle in a haystack.

As a local I can tell you prices are super inflated here at the moment and the numbers don't make sense 99% of the time unless you find a needle in a haystack

You can save a bit off those national lender by finding that needle in the haystack portfolio lender bank who will be 1 percent lower and half the lender fees but that's the best that I found and I am confident that that is the landscape of lending outside of the Fannie and Freddie loans.

It has become like finding a needle in a haystack.

I read a guy post on here one time that instead of finding a needle in a haystack you need to find a pile of needles lol.

Now you will hear once in a blue moon of some 1 in 10 thousand property in a great area that sold for historical pricing of 3 years ago but it's a needle in a haystack. 

Lenders are so process driven, part legal and part model it just doesn't work for them.Some of the very small local lenders/banks/credit unions might be suited better to sell 1 asset off than the big national players.It feels like looking for a needle in a haystack sometimes!!

There's no reason to look through classified ads or listings...IMO you're just looking for a needle in a haystack.

Just keep searching for that needle in the haystack?

I would have to say that finding a good property manager in Detroit will be like finding a needle in a haystack.
