I'm in the National Guard in SC, so not full time, but my brother is active duty regular Army and will be looking to get into REI at some point too.

What safe-guards do you have?  

Eligibility requirements: 1) 90 Days wartime service. 2)  181 days of continuous peacetime service. 3) Discharged from service without dishonorable conditions. 4) Six years service as a reservist or National Guard member. 5) Spouse of a Veteran who was/is KIA/MIA/POW.Entitlement: 100% of the appraised value.

POS sort of caught me off guard when I started looking in the Cleveland area a couple weeks ago.

I learned what a tip guard is... and it's not something waiters wear in a restaurant.

The protections under SCRA apply to active duty members of the regular forces, members of the National Guard when serving in an active duty status under federal orders, members of the reserve forces called to active duty and members of the Coast Guard serving on active duty in support of the armed forces.

Catches them off guard a little but they’re often happy to chat or grab lunch.
