Specialist tend to get large volumes of clients as they are seen as the expert in the field.

So when my clients work with me, I simply guide them through the process of originating their own loan (legally, in the states that allow it).

I build a lot of similar tools for my CFO clients, so I may be interested in discussing.

And, it's amazing how many closing costs are junk fees that we as investors need to pushback on paying for ourselves and our clients.

In most case when I have clients putting 25% they will be cash flowing, a lot of that has to do with looking at things a bit differently.

I want technology to help me gather information and execute quickly. 

Plus by going with you, they won't have the benefit of an agent's errors and omissions insurance, the support of their brokerage, and the experience an agent has in protecting their clients from everything that can go wrong in real estate transactions.
