Be a pro, be honest, be fair, be consistent, communicate, and you'll do well from an investor's perspective.

As I want to have work life balance in perspective of my life time and want to get the work done now. 

An in-house attorney would focus on resolving issues efficiently rather than driving up fees with extra billable hours, which can happen with outside firms.That said, I’m questioning whether this is the best perspective.

Also your perspective are you an agent, pm or investor.For example in Cleveland the east side has tons of A communities by income standards but the turn times of how long a property sits on the market is atrocious.
