Clunky, dark wood, and rustic furnishes are being traded for light and airy colors, fabrics, and materials.

What they have is paving fabric , it is but down prior to repaving a badly cracked road , it works similar to drywall tape , it doesnt allow reflective cracking , or the old crack to reappear thru the new asphalt.

I would be concerned about dust, lice, and smells with fabric, although we do put up fabric panels in place of closet doors in some units.
