Motivated newbie from Washington breaking into REI

It's a pleasure to be apart of this investment community! My name is Adam Price, I live on whidbey Island, Washington currently while working in everett as a fabrication machinist. The moment I got interested in the idea of real estate ventures I couldn't stop reading, listening, and researching to satisfy my insatiable lust for more knowledge of it. I'm happy to be a leg man for more experienced investors who need boots on the ground searching for deals, property check up, or etc, i could use the experience and would be happy to connect with people.

Very interested in a variety of investing fields but while i build credit, rapport, and experience I'd like to get into the wholesaling service. I take long drives most days after work and on the weekends getting a feel for prices and going to open houses while i get my paperwork and numbers down for when i increase marketing and find that deal.
