Every job I see requires 3+ years of experience and knowledge of multiple different programs.

Reflecting on the past year, I’m incredibly thankful for the opportunities I’ve had and excited for the journey ahead.

@Matt Smith - as @Christopher S. mentioned you cannot use an ADU unit in Chicago as an AirBNB as the city's intent with the program is to provide additional affordable housing. 

Many DSCR programs require an investor to have a mortgage history- there are some DSCR mortgage programs that will work with investors who are renting- some refer to them as first time home buyers (FTHBs)- DSCR loans are only for investment properties where the owner isn't living there.

I am looking to join a mentorship program to help lower my learning curve and until I find it, I am educating myself with books, as well as YouTube University and great advice from the BiggerPockets community.I do work full-time in a career that I love and is very rewarding, but I also know I won't attain my goals with my current job.
