The property manager is complaining of a very slow rental market in Phoenix.

@Mary Jay I have a difficult, complaining tenant as well.

The insurance agent complained about something, which I fixed.

We have offered they can terminate their lease at no penalty charge because frankly they complain a lot and are unhappy with the residence.

IF YOU DONT KNOW WHAT ANY OF THAT MEANS YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE APPRAISAL PROCESS OR THE FINAL OPINION OF VALUE.  

People fight me on DMM cold calling lists,   WHILE they complain about DMM cold calling and lists.

While it is hard to sometimes take, and we go overboard to compensate, acknowledge anything that might have gone not so well, show future guests that you are aware and will fix whatever they may have complained about, thank them and move on.  

They also help point out small things I need to attend to without it being a paid guest complaining.

With more than one unit, the biggest difference is that you have tenants complaining about each other and the property picks up more of the maintenance, like lawn mowing.There is a huge difference when you get to 5+ units as those are valued using the income method. 

Problem is mate nobody is willing to make that sacrifice.That's why we have a job lolI moved from Australia to the US in 2012 to follow my real estate dreams.Folks have been born and bread here and still many don't want to do the work and would rather complain and blame me for any issues that occur from a turnkey investment standpoint ehhh 🤷‍♂️
