Challenges?

-Signing lease agreements via portalI am working on  automating and hiring a VA to handle all advertising, applications, and lease agreements.Allowing my onsite managers to focus more on the day to dayI looked into Rentalutions but I'm cheap!!  

Now we have a full leadership team handling various roles. 

I am not sure how to handle this situation?

Do you use any tools or services to automate the process, or is it something you manually handle?

I have experience handling this in Michigan with my short-term rental.

However I did note that houses are mostly really old, e.g. 100 years or older... any idea if this poses challenges in things like lead paint presence, outdated wiring, rusty plumbing, etc., or have many of the homes already been updated?
