He outlines several programs that a bit more than the space here allows.I would say that costumer service is the start but when vacancy is your largest expense promptly fixing things only goes so far.

And, if you friend hasn't spent some serious time working in big-corporate world, have him read a year's worth of the Dilbert cartoon and remind him that this cartoon is very accurate on so many levels.

I don't know how widespread they are, but there's a company I often see here in SoCal doing business as "We Buy Ugly Houses" with a cartoon caveman as their logo.

She took good care of her things, car, costumes, boa's, etc.

My recommendation, Alessandra : Turn off the Cartoon News Network (CNN) and any other mainstream media for one week and read one of Brandon or David's books.

I've finally found something that might resonate well with my 7 year old daughter; aside from reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad to her every night :) This cartoon network clip is a must! 

But people are willing to pay more because they like the higher quality of the writing and cartoons (not my personal taste but obviously there are those that do).

The costumer support is awesome and the website is easy to get the hang of.
