There is no issue with giving a past owner an option to repurchase that I'm aware of in our area, a lease-option cam have a different flavor, so check with a local attorney.The option could be made with a third party who in turn agrees to sell back to the original owner, I think adding a buffer or strawman would clog any path back to you if you're not a party to that end transaction, you'd be letting someone to act as a wholesaler or buyer/flipper.

Hey Brandon,I cam across this post and I'm just curious what the outcome for you was

When we calculated 3 years of expenses the actual rental rate is $ 9sq ft not even close to going rate in a class B building in our area and the cam charges are $7 sq ft yet there are individual electric meters for each suite.

She comes to my house, if you have such difficulty trusting people you can put up nanny cams.

CAM's work for the Board, but take the "I'm a friendly investor, concerned about my investment" approach with a heaping spoonful of sugar.

I'm an electrician and cam do my part and reduce the construction even more.  

Specifically property tax protests and CAM reconciliations come to mind.
