Instantly I can tell the hottest markets from the normal and cold ones, and separately determine which one's I am priced out of due to crazy high values.I'd suggest a similar value-based approach if you have the data to calculate on to identify a few markets to start looking for deals in, but remember this is still too broad of analysis to make a go/no-go decision on the projects you find.

No issues with @Costin I. deciding Steadily wasn't your best fit but you're painting with a very broad brush to say their insurance is only for total losses or that they're systematically over-insuring their properties to keep deductibles high.

They did give out some forms that may come in handy, but the teaching was very broad and not all that detailed (granted, it was only 3 two-hour classes, but you can still cover a lot of ground).
