In 7 months, they have not produced ONE lead to close as guaranteed on their website (Launch Your Leads…LYL) A background  was performed prior to signing up, but we had no idea they were doing previous fraudulent scams under another name called Amplify My Business .

Theoretically you could sue them performance. 

these can produce good returns but best chance for success is for those that have experience in this area (I am a partner on an effort adding 8 ADUs, but it is not performing to the initial underwriting (underperforming) and it is an experienced team).good luck I get it, but not everyone has the opportunity of scale and building multiple units.

BiggerPockets has great books and podcasts for beginners.

Especially when I saw the high rankings on Airdna for DFW and started to dig into the highest performing listings and sub markets around the area.

I had a unique perspective of how these two industries working together.While performing an inspection on a house, I got to chat with the seller and found he was a commercial construction superintendent for a large local company.

As I think most beginners are, I’m interested mostly in cash flow.

I plan to act as the general contractor for these two new units, performing most of the work myself.
