Figure out what you are interested in and meet investors that are doing that, figure out where you can add value to them and create an apprenticeship out of it.

It's really an apprenticeship business and it would be hard to learn the ins and outs from a class.Urban Land Institute has some decent materials if you're looking for study books and what-not, but to learn how things really work you'll need to do.  

I am particularly interested in the apprenticeship model, or just helping people do their deals/run their business and getting inside experience prior to starting on my own.

Do I go into a apprenticeship or employment?

BUT if you don't know what you want to do and you are on a forum asking strangers for advice on whether to go to college it's safe to say you SHOULDN'T go to college.I'm 25 and I wish I had started working in the Trades earlier and making 6 figures within 4 years of doing an apprenticeship.

What are some other ways to market myself for an apprenticeship if paywalled from being able to be apart of an REI group?

I wanted to see if their were other ways to find an apprenticeship and actually get started with real estate.
