I'm not a lawyer and this isn't legal advice but I wholesale in 7 different markets and my LLC is just in one state and I haven't had any issues. 

I am not aware of any issues with using third-party screening services.

However, very glad that we pivoted to mid-term rental approach around $4,500 to $5,000 that has helped address vacancy.

I could be wrong or out of line, but I feel like this is a field where you really need some good expertise/experience to know how to address the variety of crazy situations that will come up.

No issues with MTRs in duplexes, triplexes, and quads.

I just listed our property but want to hide the entire address until the guests formally book.
