Working with a Broker who represents a wide variety of lenders will allow your Broker to find a lending partner that fits your situation.

Work with a broker who has access to a large variety is going to help you find an appropriate option for your situation vs a direct lender who can only sell you their limited product set. 

But it should be obvious... live where you like but invest where it makes the most sense.Sometimes that answer is the same, but often it isn't for a variety of reasons.

Neither party wants that.I've helped out a handful of people that found me on the platform and heard a variety of unique and exciting stories from real investors that need some help with their situation.

DownTown Pueblo has a lot of beauty and potential, but there are a lot of vacancies when it comes to commercial buildings, there is not much variety for restaurants, coffee shops, shopping districts, etc.I don't see AirBNB being the best right now, but who knows.
