(Although I can tell you that David Sims in Dallas, TX used a pre-release version of the same private money list to raise over $1 million from 3 lenders back in February.)All of these lenders are members of MyHouseDeals.com, and they filled out a form saying that they're looking to lend private money.

I just got a pre-lim and apperantly the seller and some family members did a tranfer of deed without title insurance about a year ago and now that im buying th house Escrow wants all the family members involved in that deed transfer transaction to sign off on uninsured deed affidavit...

OMG..Ditto Ditto and DittoAnyone know how much these folks make for someone signing up for through there links..You would think its 100k or something..I get 5 or 6 emails a day..and I am big on email marketing because I use it in my business..but this SIM 2.0 is just excessive.

Often times the sellers do not even know what is attached to their titles.So I would do a pre-lim title search at the courthouse to see all the junk you will have to negotiate before taking it on.

Darrin Brunner seems like isocket3g requires the consumer to provide the SIM card and in most cases, this is where they would have to pay a monthly fee to the carrier for the service.Good to have that option though.
