I plan to redline a clause I saw though that states the contract is valid so long as any tenants they place are in the building.

There's also usually more redlining between our architect and our drafting team when we have to do the exterior work.For additions, marrying up roof lines and getting the new/old 'knuckle' right is always the more challenging part of the design process and the drafting process.

@Scott Mac that's great....my Burger King Whopper test is D --Definitely do not want to order from this BK--probably have many health code violationsC--maybe order if desperate but strive to get to a B or A area--in the A area, you're whopper will look like the commercialIt's funny but fast food restaurants can tell you a lot about the neighborhoods too--never thought of that but I have my red line areas that I will never order from and pretty much there the same areas I wouldn't buy in.

Instead there is a word doc used in editable format where the attorneys (red line) changes back on forth until a final version and clean copy is ready to execute.

I might recommend that if you can, and yes it will be a little more pricey, but you will get the most out of the Chicago experience, to be close to that brown line or red line going north.
