Indy to spend nearly $200M on revitalization projects

All you adventurous Indianapolis investors look out for more activity in up and coming neighborhoods. Pretty exciting news for investors in Riverside ($11M for park improvements), Friends and Neighbors, and Hillside neighborhoods as they are close to the Frederick Douglass Park ($20M).

I support this investment in our city. It's needed to improve the lives of people living in those neighborhoods. It comes with growing pains but this is the biggest most influential city in the state.

@Dave Spooner There are quite a few neighborhoods good for investment. I'm a fan of the near east-side, Irvington, and Mapleton-Fall-Creek neighborhoods. I've love to find a DEAL around 38th St. and College Ave. near the Red Line bus route. I lived in the area for 2 years. Prices are unreal like in most markets so I'm in no rush to buy.
