Shallow understanding from people of goodwill is more frustrating than absolute misunderstanding from people of ill will.

I found that the VRBO customer service team was ill-fitted to handle the ghost issue.

Ill have to research how to fix it (i hope its not rip all the drywall off and replace with new). 60 days seems more reasonable since its been sitting there for 40 years.
