I've often found that just going right to the expert in the space is going to be the most direct source of info.

We had a call set up for a Monday in December and by Friday we found the house we wanted to purchase through them.

I also had a HML recommended to me, but I found/heard some unfortunate reviews.

I have found there to be a real shortage of long-term rentals in Ludlow and the surrounding area.  

I bought a book about investing in parks, but have only found 1 book about building a park, which was from the late 1950's. 

I found it on zillow and bought it for listing price.

I have done some research, but I’ve found that many mentors and coaches are asking for significant fees, which feels like a large financial commitment, especially as a newcomer to real estate investing.
