Based on its price and rental income do you think it is worth it?

Worth has tough restrictions, Dallas and Plano I think are both trying to implement restrictions.Where do you want to buy?

if you want to see what is worth doing and what is not, look at what the successful investors or syndicators are doing.  

With land investing/flipping becoming more democratized/accessible  (so many landed courses, tools, resources etc), current prices/RE trends etc, is it still worth getting into land investing/flipping for a brand new RE investor ?

To really know if a 1031 exchange is worth it for you, you first must find out what your net gain is and subtract state and federal taxes from that.

As home values rise, so does your net worth.

If renting how much will it increase the rent and how long would it take you to make the investment back via the increased rent. 

Let’s say a property is, in its current situation worth $300,000.  

You are LOSING money because you didn't even raise rents to cover those increases!
