Is it possible to re-zone the property sizes before anything else transpires?

Whether these laws that exist are actually relevant or merely wishful thinking is a dependency of the local and state law itself as well as exactly what transpired in the course of the transactionI have preliously outlined the steps I would take to ensure (IMO) an ethical transaction.

@Gary AbnerBecause the alert I received from Cozy said “fraudulent”, and the tenant was telling me it was due to the insufficient funds, I had her reach out to both her bank and Cozy and ask they provide me with written statements of what had transpired on both ends.
