New build build-to-rent is very hard and risky.

Hey BP community,I am considering investing in a real estate developer using the Build, Refinance, Rent & Repeat (BRRR 2.0) strategy.

I am building ground up so any contractors that do framing, plumbing, electrical, roofing, etc.

I've come across a lot of land in Brockton where we can develop a 5 story building and it has the potential to fit 24 units in there.  

How did these builds go?

The Worcester Fire Department, with support from District 5 City Councilor Etel Haxhiaj, has been advocating for the installation of sprinklers in multifamily buildings undergoing major renovations.

As part of my strategy, I would like to build an master bath/bed extension, with its own entrance, to the three bedroom, two bath home mentioned in a different post.A 20'x15' (could be smaller) structure that can accomodate the bedroom and the bathroom.
