Get 3-4 jobs, work 16hours a day, both days on the weekends. 

Then the last piece to my puzzle is I am expecting to switch jobs (from a W-2 to a completely different W-2 with similar pay) in the next month or 3. 

If so, I would appreciate hearing your thoughts and experiences regarding the local market, investment opportunities, and overall outlook for the area

There are 1.65mm people in Phoenix.  3,000 new jobs plus say an extra 1,000 support doesn’t move the needle on my suggestion.My suggestion to the OP is still relevant and thoughtful.
