Since then my wife and I have been getting calls from people about wanting to buy this house.

There are a lot of very knowledgeable people here willing to help.  

As @Daniel Hyman said, getting into the 3+ property range can overwhelm people and take too much time.

There's nothing special about it beyond some added, very straight forward paperwork.
