Maintenance does not do pest control. so my house, which is surrounded by ten acres of woodland requires $430 from orkin because they cant be bothered to open a can of raid.  

We started out by raiding my 401k, including the penalty, because we didn't have a lot of money available to us.

I just want to get raid of the property. 

My concern was that there was cockfighting going on, and I didn't want to get caught up in that nonsense since the police had recently raided several nearby houses for that.

Also I posted a news article in Vegas recently where the law there has allowed private security to go in like a Swat raid and kick out squatters.

I saw that case published last year and as I understood it, it didn't impact the ability to create a superlien by redeeming a tax deed, only the ability for a superlien holder to raid any excess funds from the original tax sale.  

I just bought it, and I'll give it a listen.BTW, I'm down to clown if you know any shady real estate scams - I'd like to have a Bently in my garage when the feds raid me and put me in jail.

Another house we had to replace the window because random gun fire, and also  had to replace the door because the cops raided it afterwards to make sure no one was harmed.  

I have lived here for 23 years, in both Northern and Southern Cali, and have never seen a person poop on the sidewalk, I've never seen my Walgreens raided by criminals.

This was broken by the tenants minor son who was arrested at the property when police raided the unit due to drugs found at the property.
