I have referred to it as a digital pyramid scheme.

With plan to liquidate around yr 5-7, 1031 those gains to pyramid the equity growth. 

We knew there was some hot air in them, I expected more fraudulent folks to have created note "funds" and it pyramid down and blow up but i think a lot got stopped in their tracks when they were anticipating a rate cut and not a lot of higher % debt notes to be offered so they never indulged in such tomfoolery.

The email advertising this deal literally has a "pyramid" drawing in it. 

Too good to be true sold as pyramid scheme is not worth paying a dime.

But if you want low cost, but still have access to that then it's great, as well as all the pyramid scheme programs involved with it :)Personally, I'll agree with @Dan Guenther, that the actual brokerage won't make a huge difference, it is more about who you surround yourself with.

And it stands a "opportunity" of Pyramiding gains via 1031 into securing 3 similar units in market.     

This does not take into consideration teams break down and brokerage pyramid splits.With all that being said.

I consider pyramid/MLM a scam. :)

They are the real pyramids with the CEO's at the top.
