I wanted to post it again, driven by a recent message I received from a gentleman named Luke Emblem (look him up on LI).

I did have a tenant put a motorbike in it and had to disallow the activity. 

He is now parking his motorbike in front of his entrance, creating a fire code violation for the sole egress that he has.
