It is very hard to establish at tribunal that the damage was done intentionally with malice and not just out of stupidity: case example; tenant brought motorbike into living room to change oil and severly damaged/stained carpet - judge ruled tenant had not set out intentionally to cause damage to the carpet -so this was not covered on the other hand, tenant caused offensive graffitti to internal walls -this was ruled to have been done intentionally with malice -so covered However, this policy comes into its own mainly for rent default, of varrying amounts depending on the circumstances but in some cases upto 12weeks if the tenant does a runner.

Point blank drugs a girl I've known for 15 years move to an abandon home has been there for almost 5 years ,crazy and she is a known drug users and dealet I no longer live in long Beach  next to her but she's met a man who now livespecially I think her they **** in bags in the back tardy stolen motor bikes and carsare stored there while there in the middle of stripping them so many drugs needles now they have come up with fraudulent documents of ownership for the home and is tryingoing to sell it to a few diffrent people she just came up with a fake check for 10,000 I'm in fear

Our utility company wanted an open easement and we got them to agree to a fence because it kept the motorbikes out.

@Guillaume Elleboudt , one thing that helped keep me motivated to drive around and visit a lot of properties is this : as a father with two kids, I don't get a lot of time to ride my motorbike, so I use real estate as as an excuse to ride it.

Here in Dallas the real estate agents will pay outside the HUD to any unlicensed person that brings them a deal that close which is nothing wrong with buying someone a bicycle, motorbike, or a little red wagon.
